Flemish corona nuisance premium: further supplemented with 160 euros per mandatory closing day
Flemish enterprises and self-employed workers to whom the nuisance premium for mandatory closure was granted until the 5th of April 2020, will automatically receive further compensation of 160 euros per mandatory closure day for the subsequent period.
This closing day must, however, coincide with a normal opening day as was applicable before the 14th of March 2020. Therefore, those who were already entitled to the corona nuisance premium will no longer have to submit a new application.
The daily compensation is currently being paid in 2 stages. As of the 19th of April 2020, the daily compensation for the period from the 6th of April until the 19th of April is scheduled to be paid. As of the 3rd of May 2020, the subsequent period is scheduled to be paid.
