The National Security Council resolutions agreed on March 17, 2020 in the context of combatting coronavirus, have resulted in numerous mandatory measures for businesspersons and companies. These prevention measures are essential for enabling the continuance of company operations.
The mandatory measures depend, amongst other things, on the sector in which you operate. The National Security Council has therefore defined 3 categories:
Depending on the category in which your company operates, certain preventive measures must be adopted in order to continue operations as effectively as possible, with the emphasis on the health of your employees and customers. These measures range from implementing teleworking to rules on social distancing.
Organising and adhering to these measures is no easy matter. Each company has its own individual operations and organisational structure. A coherent prevention policy must build on existing risk analyses in the context of safety, health and well-being at work.
