The Vandelanotte group is expanding again: at the end of January it entered into a co-operation agreement with Adrie Accountants in Arendonk. The agreement strengthens Vandelanotte’s position in De Kempen and is yet another step in the firm’s steady growth.
ADRIE Accountants is a family firm, just like Vandelanotte, where a personal approach and tailored advice are very important. Wim Iemants and Jennyfer Van Thillo, second generation, and their 12 employees generate a turnover of € 1.3 million. ADRIE Accountants is also celebrating its 45th anniversary this year, just as Vandelenotte is celebrating its 75th.
“The collaboration means that ADRIE Accountants will be able to offer its clients an even better service. Not only will they be able to make use of our extensive range of services, but they will also soon have access to the myVandelanotte platform”, says Nikolas Vandelanotte, CEO and third generation of the firm of the same name.

“We are hugely looking forward to working with Vandelenotte. We are both family businesses where the individual is what’s most important, both as a client or a member of staff. As well as sharing the same vision, it appears that we also share the same partners when it comes to software. The myVandelanotte platform is the ideal tool to enable us to offer our clients more possibilities. The collaboration means that we will continue to be at the forefront and that we are ready for changes in our industry,” according to Wim Iemants and Jennyfer Van Thillo.
This model of co-operation means that smaller firms can benefit from the economies of scale that a large organisation can offer. It enables them to face the strong technological and legal developments in the sector. “Not only do the clients benefit, but the staff as well. It allows them the time to gradually become familiar with Vandelanotte’s culture and way of working,” concluded Nikolas Vandelanotte.
