With two companies, several sister companies, the business group management and a family to run, Kristien Vancanneyt certainly has her fair share of plates to spin. Yet, she does so with a smile, and the active support of Vandelanotte.
Esma El Mahtouchi and Lieven Goossens likely pictured their first day at Vandelanotte slightly differently. Due to the coronavirus, they completed those initial few weeks remotely, rather than in their new workplace. Getting better acquainted with colleagues over coffee was replaced by video calls from the living room. Esma and Lieven reveal how they experienced those first few weeks in their new jobs.
Nico Demeyere commenced working at Vandelanotte when the coronavirus epidemic was in full swing. Whilst a visit to the office or a chat with colleagues was therefore out of the question, this didn’t hold him back.
