The Hertog Jan Restaurant Group is the gastronomic success story of chef Gert De Mangeleer and host Joachim Boudens. Besides the two Michelin-starred Hertog Jan restaurant in Antwerp, they also welcome guests in Bar Bulot (Zedelgem and Antwerp), L.E.S.S. Eatery (Bruges) and Babu (Ghent). With their restaurants, Gert and Joachim aim to provide a high-end and extraordinary experience, while furthermore performing the role of employer and talent developer.
