This not only strengthens solidarity between employees, but also gives them the opportunity to meet each other at informal events. In addition, every year sees the development of numerous initiatives that contribute to society. A solidarity campaign is organized every year, for example, and we do our part by being environmentally aware.

Some stories from and about our employees
Vandelanotte France continues to strive for even better service provision towards our customers in 2021. To make this possible, Matthieu Van Gucht joined our team on 4 January. This Frenchman born and bred has gained the necessary know-how relating to French taxation over the past years and wants to help us make a difference for our customers in France.
Esma El Mahtouchi and Lieven Goossens likely pictured their first day at Vandelanotte slightly differently. Due to the coronavirus, they completed those initial few weeks remotely, rather than in their new workplace. Getting better acquainted with colleagues over coffee was replaced by video calls from the living room. Esma and Lieven reveal how they experienced those first few weeks in their new jobs.
