Our colleagues are the beating heart of our company. Together, we strive for sustainable solutions that truly make a difference. Moreover, at Vandelanotte we attach a great deal of importance to the personal preferences of our employees. We put a high value on maintaining a good work–life balance as a result. That is why we have flexible work schedules that are tailored to domestic circumstances. Finally, various training opportunities, intensive courses and personal career guidance ensure that our employees can continue to grow professionally as well as personally.
In order to support our employees in the best possible way, we rely on the support of the European Social Fund (ESF).
Finally, because a positive working atmosphere is inextricably linked to good working relationships between colleagues, the Vandelanotte Friendship Circle regularly organises leisure activities. This not only strengthens solidarity between employees, but also gives them the opportunity to meet each other at informal events. In addition, every year sees the development of numerous initiatives that contribute to society. A solidarity campaign is organized every year, for example, and we do our part by being environmentally aware.
