Every year in June and July, white-collar workers from Joint Committee 200 and blue-collar workers covered by Joint Committees 149.04, 112, and 127 receive a bonus in the form of eco-cheques. These eco-cheques are fully paid by the employer. The month of payment is determined by law. Therefore, we will automatically process the eco-cheques with the salaries of June. If you do not want this and prefer to handle the eco-cheques payment in another way, please inform us before the payroll processing of June.
Below you will find an overview of the allocation modalities per Joint Committee.

The granting of eco-cheques can be converted into an equivalent benefit, such as a group insurance, a collective pension plan, or meal vouchers. Converting to an equivalent benefit is not always easy. It is best to review this in detail with your payroll consultant as this conversion must follow a specific procedure and meet certain conditions.
For these joint committees, eco-cheques are also provided for employees. Previously, they fell under Joint Committee 200. The eco-cheques will no longer be issued in June but will coincide with those for blue-collar workers in December.
For employees who previously fell under joint committee 200 and now under joint committee 200-126, the eco-cheques and annual bonus remain in accordance with the rules of JC 200, as there is no specific collective agreement concluded by the joint committee to regulate this matter.
In June, blue-collar workers also receive eco-cheques worth 100 EUR per full-time employee unless an alternative arrangement has been chosen.
Additionally, there is also an annual bonus that must be granted for Joint Committee 200. This is mandatory in the joint committee. For 2024, this amounts to 312.50 EUR for full-time employment without non-equivalent days during the reference period 01/06 – 31/05.
In the joint committee of 313 (pharmacies), there is again an annual bonus in two installments (July and December). Each installment amounts to 426.47 EUR for a full-time employee for a complete reference period (period 01/01 – 30/06 and 01/07 – 31/12).
Do not hesitate to contact your account manager if you have any further questions about the annual bonus or eco-cheques in your sector.
